All fitness classes are FREE during our Free Week of Fun! Join us each day for a free lunch sponsored by one of our community partners -- limited to the first 50 registered. Lunch registration opens August 17. The highlight of the week is our Annual Open House on Thursday, September 3, from 10am to 1pm -- entertainment, vendors, goodies, raffles, and a free hot dog lunch! Bring a friend to come see what HSAC has to offer!
