Fitness Classes
It is recommended that men over the age of 40 and women over the age of 50 consult a physician before beginning any exercise of fitness program. It is also recommended that anyone over the age of 50 receive annual physical evaluations by their physician. Follow the exercises carefully and exercise at your own pace., If you feel any strain, acute pain, dizziness, light-headedness, stop exercise and inform a staff person. Follow up by consulting your physician.
Fitness waiver must be signed before any participation in any fitness program in our building. Please obtain one from our front desk.

- Punchcards are available for all Fitness Classes. Punchcards are $40 for 10 classes for members ($60 for non-members) and do not expire.
- Specialty classes (Yoga, Tai Chi) are prepaid $20 for 5 classes for members ($30 for non-members) and require a minimum of 10 people for the session to run.

CARDIO DRUMMING
is a fun class that uses fitness balls and drumsticks for an awesome workout!
Thursdays at 8:30 a.m. 1 – 3
ENHANCE FITNESS
provides a cardiovascular workout and improves balance using a chair and weights.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:45 a.m. 2 – 4
JUST WEIGHTS
A great workout focused on weight training using hand weights and bands.

SILVER SNEAKERS BALANCE & STABILITY
focuses on balance and core strength using light weights and other equipment. Use your Silver Sneakers insurance benefit to attend this class FREE. Fridays at 10 a.m. 2 – 3
SIT AND FIT
This class uses chairs and is great for those with mobility limitations. You choose the hand weights that fit your fitness level.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:45 a.m. FREE 2 - 4
TAI CHI
can be done standing or sitting. Build strength and balance with controlled movement.
*Wednesdays at 10 a.m. 1 – 2
*Thursdays at 1 p.m. 2 – 3

WALKING THE HALLS
There is no charge to walk the halls or to walk on our outdoor track. If you walk inside, you must check-in at the senior center.

WEIGHT ROOM
The room includes a treadmill, NU-STEP, exercise bikes and 12-station gym. An appointment can be made to have an orientation before use of the equipment. Silver Sneakers members are welcome!

$2 per day or $50 for a six-month pass. 1 – 4
YOGA
The instructor will lead you through Yoga moves for strength, balance, and flexibility.

is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.

Pickleball is played with wooden paddles, wiffleballs and a 3’ net on a badminton court. It is easy to learn and fun! Check the newsletter for days / times 1 – 2

- Each session: cost $5 for members / $7 for non-members. We ask everyone to use punch cards to minimize cash transactions. Punch Cards are $50 (members) and $70 (non-members). You can purchase a new punch card in the office with a check or credit card as the punch cards do not expire.

Starts in April at Hartland Glen Golf Course, weather permitting. Sign in at 8:30 a.m., tee off by 9a.m.
Costs are: $25.00 for 18 holes of golf including a cart plus $3 towards prize money. Optional within a flagstick on par 3 is .50c Play is open to golfers of all levels. Teams will be chosen each week by a random draw. Come join us for a relaxed and fun round of golf. Any questions, contact [email protected].
